Pâtisserie Le Chardon Bleu


Olivier Buisson has two passions : pâtisserie and the art of sharing knowledge. He has installed a workshop area next to his shop where all visitors are welcome. Courses in cookery are offered on Saturdays at 14h.

Opening hours on Monday between 9 am and 5.30 pm. On Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 7.30 am and 7 pm. On Saturday between 7.30 am and 7.30 pm. On Sunday between 7.30 am and 5.30 pm.
