Laëtitia uses traditional methods to make her sweet and savoury biscuits that you can find at her factory, on the markets or in local outlets (Le Repaire d’Ogre in Boën, the Verdier restaurant in St Just en Bas, or the Luciole Forézienne in Trelins).
