Fromagerie la Griotte


Hand-made manufacture of local cheeses: "Fourmes", « vachards », « briques », «
rigottes » and « tommes »… made from unpasteurised organic goat or
caw milk.
Manufacture is made in a workshop, and maturation takes place in natural caves. Commercialization of products on site, and selling at local markets : Boën, Montbrison, St Rambert et St Etienne.

Opening period

From Monday tu Thursday from 8 to 12 AM.
By appointment, the rest of the time.
