In his workshop, Massoud uses traditional methods to roast coffee. He collaborates with SALDAC to establish direct links between artisan-producers and retail outlets. Different coffees are sold in his workshop but also organically produced foods.

All year round, every Monday and Tuesday between 9 am and 5 pm.
